We received our personalized and framed map, and sadly the frame was broken in two places, and the map and backing had slid out of the frame. I immediately reached out in the late evening with an email to the company and honestly, I had a response in less than 5 minutes. Megan apologized and immediately set out to correct the problem. She was helpful, friendly, and apologetic, which was much appreciated. Through no fault of the company, we didn't expect damage by looking at the box although it was creased in the middle.
The following morning I had an email from Megan with the UPS tracking number and a new framed map was already on its way. That is excellent customer service.
The frame is beautiful and the map is fantastic. Love the muted colors, but it is still very colorful, and attached to the back are the pins and goodies to mark the map.
We can't wait to get the new undamaged one and get it marked and hung.
